At Bird Mood, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging and Tags: It must also be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, underwear, socks, and products explicitly marked as non-returnable in their description are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer support at support.birdmood@gmail.com or call us at +1 (774) 372-7279 to inform us of your return request. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please attach supporting images in your email to support.birdmood@gmail.com for a quicker resolution. Do not use the automated return portal for these cases.

Ship Your Item Back: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective due to our fault.
4. Refunds
Processing Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that for POD products, returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Processing Fee: A return handling fee of $9.00 will be applied to each return request. This fee covers the administrative costs of inspecting the item and restock processing. This amount will be deducted directly from your final refund.
Note: This fee is waived if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Shipping Costs:

Manufacturer Error or Defective Items: If the return is due to a printing error, damaged product, or wrong item sent by Facon, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

Customer Request (Change of mind/Wrong size): If the return is initiated by the customer’s preference (e.g., "I don't like it," "I ordered the wrong size/color"), the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping postage.
Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund (minus any applicable fees) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
5. Exchanges
Because all products are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selections made by the customer.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.
6. Store Vouchers
As a flexible alternative to a refund to your original payment method, you may opt to receive a Bird Mood Voucher for future purchases. This is the most recommended option for customers due to the following benefits:

Exclusive Benefit: We will WAIVE the $9.00 return handling fee if you choose to receive your refund via Store Credit. You will receive 100% of the product's purchase price.

Delivery: Your voucher will be issued as an e-gift card and sent directly to your registered email address once your return is inspected and approved.

Usage Terms:

The voucher is valid for all products available on the Bird Mood website.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

7. Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please note that it is non-returnable and non-refundable. Any inquiries regarding exchange or returns for gift items must be initiated by the original purchaser in accordance with our standard return policy.
